The
Model 2800 1RU Front Panel Rack-Mount Kit offers a simple means
of increasing overall system resources by decreasing the amount
of required space. This complete, field-installable kit allows up
to five of our fiber optic links to be attached to a 1RU high, 19"
wide panel for use in a standard 19" relay rack. The panel's design
accommodates the indicator LEDs used by the fiber optic modules
to allow quick assessment of the systems status. Fiber and other
connections are made at the rear of the panel for ease of access
when installed in the 19" rack.
The front panel rack-mount kit includes a rugged metal panel and
all required installation hardware to allow easy installation in
pre-installed fiber optic systems. The panel finish is available
in central office white or black.
The
Model 2585/2586 4RU EIA 19” Rack Chassis and Rack Adapter Card are
designed to accommodate various Force, Inc. fiber optic links and
modules. Supplied with a 6-foot line cord, the Model 2585 chassis
will accept up to ten rack adapter cards, Model 2586, which may be
purchased separately.
The individual rack adapter cards plug into the chassis and receive
power from the power bus built into the rear of the rack. The Models
2585 and 2586 provide an easy and convenient way to rack-mount our
fiber optic links and modules.
3RU EIA 19” Rack Chassis - Model 2981
The
Model 2981 3RU EIA 19” Rack Chassis is designed to accommodate our
various fiber optic links and modules. This unique chassis design
allows certain modules to insert directly into the chassis, while
other modules mount to a rack adapter card prior to insertion into
the chassis.
A chassis with a single power supply will hold ten (10) modules.
The addition of a redundant power supply reduces the number of modules
to eight (8). The chassis power supplies work with various power
feeds ranging from +12 Volts DC to +24 Volts DC as well as -48 Volts
DC.
