The Panel One Series integrates our patented
Surge Blox suppression modules with Electric Equipment
& Engineering Company’s innovative designs and
switch technology. The transfer switch and distribution
center combines up to four panels – transfer switch,
main service disconnect, surge suppression, and load
center – into one unit, requiring less mounting space,
improved power protection, and reduced installation time
and costs.
Surge suppression performance is improved by mounting
Surge Blox modules with minimal wire. One or two Surge
Blox modules per phase provide metal oxide varistor
(MOV), or MOV plus silicon avalanche diode (SAD)
protection. The 12 to 40 position load center is
protected from transient voltage spikes from the normal
or alternate power sources.
Panel One is UL 1008 Listed and meets code
requirements for use as service entrance equipment.
Equipped with a walking beam interlock, Panel One
prevents both transfer switch elements from being closed
simultaneously. Quality and dependability are built into
the transfer system, which is ideal for use in telephone
power plants, cell sites, office complexes, and
residential applications to protect sensitive
loads.

Our Integrated Load Center (ILC) solutions are
the ideal choice when space, money, and time are of
concern. ILC solutions combine manual or automatic
transfer switch, Square D load center, and an ACData
surge protection device (SPD), in one high quality
cabinet.
ILCs were designed to increase usable floor and wall
space, reduce the amount of real estate required, and
decrease installation time and costs. By combining four
items (Disconnect, Transfer Switch, Load Center and SPD)
into one enclosure, you are able to add more revenue
generating equipment, utilize smaller shelters or
cabinets, and reduce installation time and costs, all of
which increase your bottom line.
Although our ILCs all incorporate the same basic
design concept, each can be customized to meet your
specific requirements. By offering a wide selection of
options, we allow you to tailor the ILC to your service
voltage and transfer switch needs. We also offer a broad
range of surge suppression options, to insure that your
equipment is properly protected.
