 The
5002 Centrex Auto Greeter is a digital voice storage unit
that delivers a pre-recorded greeting upon answering a Meridian™
Digital Centrex (MDC) telephone.
This innovative product improves call efficiency, enhances
customer service, and reduces stress and fatigue on the call
handler, all at the same time.
When using the 5002, the call handler always remains on-line
and is able to interact with the caller so the caller will
be unaware the greeting is a voice recording. |

Centrex
Call Monitor |
 The
5004 Call Monitor automatically captures call signalling and
display information from a Meridian™ Digital Centrex
(MDC) line and delivers it to a third party Call Detail Recording
(CDR) software program or to a printer for immediate printout.
When the 5004 is used with the optional 1127 Visual Indicator,
it provides visual notification of:
• message waiting
• in-use
• ring
This feature rich product also provides an analog audio output
for voice recording to a PC sound card, remote multi-channel
analog audio recorder, or a desktop recorder. The 5004 is
a cost-effective solution designed to improve a call handler's
overall efficiency by providing call detail statistics, a
relay output for visual indication, and an analog audio output
for call recording.

CTI Module |
 The
5005 Centrex CTI Module provides an interface between a Meridian™
Digital Centrex (MDC) telephone and a computer.
This interface transfers general call control from a MBS
telephone to a computer and delivers call information to a
third party TAPI 2.x/3.x compliant software application such
as CRM database programs, contact managers, or screen pop
generators.
