The
1126P Strobe Light is a multi-functional product; it can be
set to indicate:
• set ringing
• message waiting
• telephone in use
A
bright visual indicator can be active whenever there is a
message waiting indication on the digital telephone. While
most telephones display message waiting with text or an indicator,
these indications may be insufficient for some users. For
example, someone such as a lab technician or supervisor, who
frequently works some distance from a telephone, may require
notification from some distance that they have a voice mail
message. This application uses the 1126P Strobe Light, which
is suitable for lab or warehouse areas. Although bright, the
1126P Strobe Light should be located within the field of view.
The 4100 AuxBox can detect the message waiting signal by
monitoring the digital wire pair between the telephone and
KSU/PBX. The AuxBox then activates the 1126P Strobe Light.
The AuxBox can be located anywhere along the digital wire
pair between the KSU/PBX and telephone. In this application
would typically be installed near the telephone. The 1126P
Strobe Light includes a cord that plugs directly into the
AuxBox that allows it to be located within 6 feet.
The Strobe light can also be activated by the warble tone
output of the Duet Plus or set to activate when callers are
in the queue. A great, long lasting effective solution for
a call center environment.
The Strobe Lights are available in Blue, Red, Amber and Clear |
