The Visual Indicator is a highly visible light that has many uses, including visual message waiting indication, in-use indication, and ring indication.

Visual message waiting indication with the alerter lets users know, even from a distance, that they have new voicemail. In-use indication benefits headset users in call centers or high density environments. Visual ring indication is useful in high noise environments or where audible ringing is not desired, such as nurseries or recording studios.

Highly flexible, the visual indicator can be located on the desktop, mounted with adhesive hook and loop tape on a wall or other surface, or the alerter can be hard wired in a wall or ceiling mount application. Designed with maximum visibility in mind, the alerter is a popular solution for many situations.

Our visual indicators are constructed with 18 high intensity LEDs, softly diffused, to provide visual indication of in-use, ringing, message waiting, ACD caller in queue, or practically any other event on a Norstar, Business Communications Manager, or Meridian 1 digital telephone. (Additional equipment may be required). The 1127 Visual Indicator can be located on the desktop, cubicle wall, above a computer monitor, or hard wired in a wall or ceiling mount application.
