FortiClient Host Security provides support for a wide range of applications,including remote access to corporate networks, remote system administration, virus/worm detection and removal, and personal firewall, all with a single, easy to use interface.

Designed to extend real-time protection to the desktop and mobile users, the FortiClient Host Security automatically removes viruses, spyware, worms, and trojans by scanning and cleaning both incoming and outgoing email messages. Virus and worm updates can be set to automatically download. Enhanced threat detection provides added protection from viruses and spyware by alerting users when viruses and spyware attempt to change the Windows registry files.

FortiClient Host Security is compatible with any kind of network connection,including dial-up, xDSL,and cable modem, in addition to wired and wireless LANs, and is available for Microsoft ® Windows ™ NT4 ((Service Pack 6),2000 and XP (SP2) operating systems.
