The
new Digital Connector Curing Oven features digital temperature control,and
a backlit LCD display that indicates the user-defined temperature
set point up to 150 ºC, the current oven temperature and the
element status. There is also an integrated programmable timer with
settings from 1 to 99 minutes. Temperature and timer settings can
be stored in memory so that the user’s preferences can be recalled
each time the oven is powered off. The Standard Connector Curing Oven,
still a favorite of many installers,features temperature control and
power “on” light indicator. Both ovens are available in
either 110V or 220V, and are provided with the standard 24 port holding
block to accept FC, ST, SC, SMA and D4 connectors. Additional holding
blocks are available for other connector styles.

3M™ Hot Melt Adhesive melting. Hot Melt Ovens accept FIS or
3M Hot Melt connector holders. The dual purpose ovens include an 8
port epoxy heater block and a 6 port Hot Melt heater block, each with
its own switch and factory set temperature.

Ultraviolet Curing Kit contains a portable battery operated UV lamp,
UV epoxy and protective goggles providing the ability to perform quick
epoxy cures. The new higher intensity UV bulbs cure epoxy faster,excellent
for use on glass tube splices and epoxy cured connectors. Safety glasses
that protect against fiber splinters and UV radiation are available
separately. Kit includes: UV lamp with bulb,safety glasses, UV adhesive
and batteries.

to prevent breakage of protruding fiber during connector heat oven
curing process. These oven protection sleeves are reusable and fit
on any 2.5mm ferrule.
