CCC can undertake the maintenance of any installed network. Our technicians are on call 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. Traditionally, we are contracted to complete all maintenance operations to the customers time constraints. This includes ensuring that fully trained fiber technicians with a full compliment of fiber splicing and testing equipment are available at all times.

We can also train the customer to repair minor maintenance problems. This would include installing a mechanical splice on the cable, trouble shooting with a visible light source or installing pigtails or connectors to a broken fiber in a patch panel. CCC would then be called out to the job site at the customer's convenience to make the repairs permanent or to inspect the quality of the work.
