PRO-MAX Core Bit Features:

• Premium grade diamond segments throughout.

• Diamond segments, attached to notched barrels, providing superior holding power, thus minimizing segment loss.

• Flange-grinding bit barrels are machined from one-piece, seamless tubing, precisely aligned and trued to their drive flange in order to ensure accurate operation.

• Dimensional tolerances, when applicable, can be incorporated in the design and manufacture of our products ensuring the accuracy required with special connectors.

• Optional "cutter" segments, can be ordered on flange grinding bits in order to provide smooth and consistent wall finishes, when encountering wire reinforcement, so crucial to seal installation.

Our core bits are engineered to provide you with efficient performance in the vast majority of applications; however, depending on some special or out of the ordinary applications, we can custom engineer and manufacture various bond and barrel configurations to suit your special needs such as:

• Coring prestress panels, stone, refractory and asphalt
• Bond & kerf alterations for increased drilling speeds or very high rebar content

Resegmenting Service:
