Force Gauges
Tension Gauges are produced in two sizes and a total of 11 different ranges. Measurement is extremely simple. Just place point of gauge arm perpendicular to the force to be measured. Reading can be taken in both directions - clockwise and counterclockwise. All gauges come equipped with maximum reading pointer. Maximum reading pointer moves with indicator when testing. It will remain at maximum force measured, enabling user to take reading afterward. No need to look at dial hand while measuring, thus avoiding reading errors. Gauges offer extreme precision and durability. The measuring springs are made of hard tempered annealed beryllium copper. This alloy provides outstanding flexibility with minimum effort. Dial is protected by unbreakable glass. Packaged in rigid, fitted plastic case to protect instrument. All gauges equipped with maximum reading pointer. Tolerance ± .01 (Reading + Maximum Scale Reading).

Economy Push-Pull Tension Gauges
These high impact polystyrene cased instruments are low priced and simplified in construction yet accurately measure push pull forces. Gauge is graduated in two scales: grams and ounces. Ideal for field service use and with maintenance free operation. Precision springs are individually calibrated and checked with dead weights. Full scale accuracy and permanent calibration is held to ± 1 graduation. Size: 1 1/2" wide x 1" deep x 14" long.
