Advancing technology developments have decreased the power consumption of industrial loads. These developments have led to the design of the Solar Compact Systems.

Each system is assembled using a NEMA 3R 38" x 21" x17" enclosure and can be either wall or pole mounted. The Solar Compact is a complete CSA certified power system, combining the solar panel, regulator, fused disconnects and batteries.

Soltek Powersource carries the complete line of Shell solar modules, so whatever your power needs, your SPS Industrial Power System will match. Shell Solar Modules feature single crystal cell technology providing the highest output cells commercially available. Shell solar modules over 40 watts have a 25 year output warranty and are ISO 9001 certified.

SPS enclosures are EEMAC 3R rated for outdoor locations. The enclosures use polystyrene 2" foam to reduce thermal variations, thus preventing freezing or boiling and increasing the battery's capacity.

This complete line of pre-engineered solar packages is designed to meet the small to medium power requirements of our industrial clients.

The complete line consists of eight systems ranging from 20W to 200W; pole/wall mounted systems designated as Compact Systems and four larger ground mounted systems designated as Platform Systems.

The systems are modular in nature and consist of only a few component options (listed below) to specify the system. Using SPS’s Industrial Engineered System (SIES) Designer, the selection process becomes very fast and easy. The days of autonomy and AHrs/day are used to determine the correct system for no loss of load throughout the year.
