| The
EL200 Series provides LED indicators for PWR, 10/100, LNK/ACT,
and FDX/COL states. The Link-Fault-Pass-Thru feature enables
the disconnection of fiber cable be passed through the copper
port and detected by other SNMP capable network equipment.
The EL200 Series fully complies with Ethernet/Fast Ethernet
standards and provide one port that auto-negotiates at 10/100Base-T/TX
and a 100Base-FX Single-Mode Single-fiber port with SC connector.
DIP switches at the back panel allows user to select five
different& modes for the TX port: Auto-negotiation, 10M Half-duplex,
10M Full-duplex, 100 Half-duplex, and 100M Full-duplex.
It functions as a converter as well as a two-port switch.
Link-Fault-Pass-Thru provide the function that acknowledges
the user when there's a broken fiber link on a particular
node/side of the connection.
Both of the EL200CA and EL200CB are powered by external power
supply adapter. Installation of EL200 is simple and straight
forward. |
